I had a blast photographing the kids of the Human Nature School last fall! We captured school photos for their parents and I am donating all the images to the Human Nature School to use in advertising and marketing. It is a wonderful program and definitely worth a look if you live in the Traverse City Area. For kids, they have a weekend program, preschool program, a homeschool program, and a teen program. The kids are out in nature all day playing games to teach them different skills, learning about edible plants, hiking through the woods and fields at The Village of Grand Traverse Commons, and building forts and other things out of things found in nature. The teachers are loving and kind and the kids really connect with them. They also adult programs including an amazing apprenticeship program based on the Wilderness School teachings. It is a great experience for all! Check it out!
