It’s a Boy!

I had the pleasure of photographing two births last week!  A beautiful boy named Nahum was born the day before Halloween!  It was a beautiful sunny fall day.  His auntie and big brother were playing in the front room most of the day.  Two loving certified homebirth midwives were there to help bring him safely into the world. This mama was determined to have a waterbirth this time and created a very beautiful space for that to happen.  She labored in the tub beautifully with her husband supporting her the whole time.  Big brother and auntie rushed in right before his head was born.  Mama caught her baby boy safely in the tub.  It was a very beautiful moment.  Congratulations on your new baby boy!
