Living Beyond Yoga is a new yoga studio in Traverse City, Michigan. It is owned by two beautiful souls, Kelly & Ted Stiglich who are also founders, creaters, & teachers of the studio. They have a team of teachers working with them. These two are have owned other studios in Traverse City and are excited for this new venture. The space is gorgeous. It is so inviting and the floor in the practice room is divine. The mirrors are lovely and having access to a bar on one side and an open wall on the other allows for a lot of different practices and variation. There are also hook ups for aeriel yoga, and if you have never tried it, you have to! Heaters for hot yoga too! I am excited to be practicing here and hope to see you there!
