Last week I had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful family out on the Sleeping Bear Dunes Lakeshore in Leelanau County, Michigan. We took a nice hike through the woods to get to the water. The girls were full of energy. Once we got to Lake Michigan, some really fun rocks were found and lots of fun was had walking, running, and playing in the water. We all got soaked and it was well worth it! After we finished our hike, we drove to a beach area at the water a short distance away. I captured some moments as we soaked in the sun for a few minutes together and then I left them to enjoy some beach picnic time as a family. I had a lot of fun and look forward to seeing you again next year!
